Master in Production Engineering and Management for people without an engineering degree in Poland, Warsaw

Production Engineering and Management is a Master’s degree programme that enables students to develop advanced competences essential for effective management of processes, technology, and people in modern industrial organisations. It combines engineering knowledge with managerial skills, placing particular emphasis on the practical application of this knowledge in real business environments.​

During the course of study, you will learn modern methods for designing and optimising production processes, quality management, data analysis, and implementing innovative solutions using digital tools. You will develop the ability to make strategic decisions, lead teams, and successfully manage projects in a complex and rapidly changing market environment. Special attention is given to the role of new technologies and industrial transformation in the spirit of Industry 4.0.

This programme is intended for individuals with a basic background in management, engineering or related fields who wish to deepen their knowledge and gain new competences at an expert level.
