Master in Sustainable Horticulture in Poland, Warsaw

We teach spe­cia­li­sts with a broad pro­fes­sio­nal pro­file and com­pre­hen­sive know­ledge – gene­ral and spe­cia­li­zed. We teach pro­fes­sio­nals.

As the study pro­gramme inc­lu­des ele­ments of hor­ti­cul­ture’s con­nec­tion with the envi­ron­ment and urban areas, you can also work in design offi­ces, urban gre­ening com­pa­nies and simi­lar. Susta­ina­ble Hor­ti­cul­ture gra­du­ates are pre­pa­red to run their own busi­nes­ses in the hor­ti­cul­tu­ral sec­tor: nur­se­ries for orna­men­tal trees and shrubs and fruit plants, berry plan­ta­tions, orchard, orna­men­tal and vege­ta­ble pro­duc­tion, com­pa­nies offe­ring green servi­ces in public and pri­vate spa­ces, hor­ti­cul­tu­ral con­sul­tancy and gar­den esta­bli­sh­ment.

You will gain the oppor­tu­nity to deve­lop com­pe­tence in inte­rior deco­ra­tion, wed­ding deco­ra­tion design and flo­ri­stry.

You will be able to work in pro­fes­sio­nal asso­cia­tions, scien­ti­fic and rese­arch insti­tu­tions as a spe­cia­list, raw mate­rial and cosme­tic labo­ra­to­ries, edu­ca­tion at various levels.

Warsaw University of Life Science (SGGW) is one of the largest and the most prestigious universities in Poland. You can choose from 62 student groups, the University Sports Association, the Promni Folk Art Group and the university choir. Because shared passion connects like nothing else.
