The package includes:
- Airport pickup – collection from the airport and transport to your accommodation.
- Orientation + welcome drink – post-arrival orientation at our office in Warsaw. During the meeting, you will receive all the necessary information regarding life and practical matters related to your stay in Poland. If you like, we’ll also treat you to coffee or tea.
- Accommodation support – assistance in arranging accommodation (dormitories, single or double rooms, studios, private apartments).
- Correspondence address – you can use our Warsaw office address as your correspondence and mailing address. On the day we receive a letter or package for you, we will send you an email confirmation and request for you to pick it up at your convenience.
- Free Wi-Fi – free access to Wi-Fi at the Warsaw office.
- NIP – assistance in obtaining a tax identification number (upon request).
- Bank account – opening a bank account.
- SIM card with top-up – a Polish mobile phone number (SIM card enabling local and international calls).
- Think Poland Club – 12-month membership to the Think Poland Office – access to our multilingual office during your stay in Poland.
- Emergency phone – emergency phone number in case of urgent situations.
- Insurance – assistance in purchasing additional insurance.
- Temporary Residence Card (TRC) – application and management of the entire procedure for obtaining a temporary residence card (filling out the application, help with gathering documents, office visits, correspondence with authorities).
- Extending your stay – assistance and advice regarding the possibility of extending your stay.
